Our Meditation Trainers

Our meditation trainers received their training in one of the largest temples in Thailand, where they lived a sacred and disciplined life that helped them cultivate and achieve true inner peace. Their dedication and endurance enabled them to master a wide range of meditation techniques designed to calm the wandering mind.

They hold international certification in Mindfulness Meditation and have extensive experience meditating with powerful monks in Bangkok’s temples, as well as in the serene natural environments of Chiang Mai and Krabi.
