Iman Grewal - Speaker
Iman Grewal is the Entrepreneurship Education Facilitator for the leading Entrepreneurship professional development organization called Rise Helps. Iman has helped launch and develop hundreds of businesses in this role since joining in 2020. Iman leads both the Youth and Adult Small Business Programs and serves as the Entrepreneurship Program Manager at the Canadian Mental Health Association. A nationally respected entrepreneurship coach, trauma-informed wellness facilitator, and award-winning Mental Health Advocate, Iman empowers youth and adults alike to launch businesses rooted in resilience, purpose, and wellness.
With over two decades of industry experience, Iman brings a unique blend of lived experience, business acumen, and community care. Her career spans programming for TIFF as its first South Asian Film Programmer, dancing on global stages including the World Economic Forum, and now facilitating inclusive entrepreneurship programs for diverse communities.
Iman is a Reader’s Digest Hero of Mental Health, a “We Are More” Award recipient, and a Rogers Women Empowerment Award nominee. She leads healing retreats, facilitates youth-focused workshops, and creates trauma-informed, culturally relevant spaces where young entrepreneurs feel seen, supported, and inspired.
With clients including the City of Toronto, CAMH, TMU DMZ, and multiple Chambers of Commerce, Iman is a sought-after speaker and consultant. Her work helps youth build businesses—and lives—founded on authenticity, clarity, and confidence.
Inga Tkachenko Ramage - Speaker
Meet Inga Tkachenko, CEO and Partner of Prime Health Care Inc with an impressive track record spanning over 14 years in the personal injury sector. Inga's story is both unique and inspiring. At the young age of 16, she embarked on a brave journey, migrating solo from Ukraine to Canada. This spirit of determination led her to pursue studies in psychology and management at the University of Waterloo.
However, it was a life-altering car accident that channeled her passion and commitment into the realm of personal injury. Joining the Prime Health Care Medical Center initially as a secretary to secure her PR documents, Inga's unwavering dedication and vision propelled her to the position of partner and CEO. Under her leadership, the center has flourished, recently celebrating its 20th anniversary. Over the years the center has positively impacted over 11,000 individuals—a remarkable achievement that has garnered significant media attention.
Inga collaborates widely across the province, forming partnerships with top-tier medical and rehabilitation centers in Ontario and establishing connections with leading personal injury lawyers. Yet, her influence goes beyond these collaborations. She organized the "Share to Care" event, creating a safe environment for individuals to share both their success and struggle stories, aiming to empower those facing similar challenges. Furthermore, she serves as an active board member of CSMVA, a not-for-profit organization committed to assisting those affected by car accidents.
She's also a founding member of the IWB organization, where she tirelessly champions multicultural empowerment. With a heart for service, Inga is devoted to supporting Ukrainian newcomers and other immigrants in Canada, offering invaluable networking opportunities, mentorship, and nurturing lifelong friendships.
