CALL FOR SPEAKERS

Bio Guidelines 

• Full name, current job title and organization’s name
• Description of your role in the organization and the products/services it provides
• Highlights from your career as it relates to your current position
• Key civic activities and personal interests
• Degrees, certifications, awards, honors and authored publications

Photo Guidelines 

• High resolution 300 dpi JPEG file
• Cropped head to shoulder in a medium close up shot

Submitting the Full Presentation 

PowerPoint Presentations should be submitted to events@elgoninternationalsolutions.ca   The reference line should read "2025 GYBF Presentation (Your Name)”: 

• Full Presentations should be submitted no later than 06/25/2025
• Presentations should be saved with the following naming Global Youth: Current Year, Underscore, Workshop Title, Underscore, First Initial and Last Name. 

Presentations that do not meet the aforementioned requirements or the submission deadline will be automatically wait-listed. 

FEES & PRESENTER BENEFITS 

As a presenter for the 4th Annual Global Youth Business Forum & Exhibition your Business Forum registration is complimentary. The registration includes access to all workshops and seminars, plenary sessions and the Exhibition. Conference registration fees are not waived for co-presenters. 

5th GYBF EXPO 2025 will pay presenters an honorarium or speaker fee depending on the topic presented. Presenters are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses unless otherwise GYBF EXPO receives a request in time to assist in covering the costs.

WORKSHOP FORMATS 

A variety of workshop presentation formats are desirable at the Business Forum and may include lecture format, panel presentation, or roundtable discussions. Handouts may be appropriate, depending on the complexity of the topic. Presenters are responsible for providing copies of workshop handouts and any equipment that will be used during presentation this includes laptops or iPads.
